The Nielsen SoundScan registration form is giving me an error message (“at least one code must be entered,” “invalid e-mail address,” “invalid phone number,” etc.)

Confirm you have completed all of the required fields (* indicates a required field). If you are completing the registration process using Internet Explorer, we recommend adding “soundscan.com” to your Compatibility View Settings, or completing the registration process using a different browser (for example – Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari). 

All fields on the form must be completed before submitting it. If one thing is missing or invalid, you'll receive an error.

Be sure to click on the ADD UPC code link and update all information there, such as Code type, Code (UPC) number, selling price and Configuration. Without all of this information, you'll get an error.
