The easiest way to align text, is by using the Text Box field
Click on the Text tool and select Text Box
This will open a new window for you to add and align your text using a Rich Text application.
(Double click in the box and then Cntrl A (Cmd A for Mac users) ) to start adding your text.
You can also align your text using the Grid method.
On the bottom of your template, click on Marking. By selecting the Grid option, it will give you a "guide" to set your text layers up with.
