In manufacturing, there are many things to consider before we update your status.
First, we look at your expected production time.
Then we look to see if you've uploaded your artwork and/or content yourself or if we're doing the design work or mastering for you.
Based upon these factors your project will be scheduled for our experts to begin working on your project.
"If" we find anything in your artwork or content files that prevents us from moving forward, we'll put your project ON HOLD and will email you our findings and ask for corrections. This will add additional business days to the tail end of your project.
There may be a time lag between processes to allow for a review of what's been done and what's still required.
We'll clock out your project each time a step in the process has been completed. This will systematically update your project in My Account.
We will make every effort to complete and ship your project in a timely fashion, but our economy production time does not guarantee a completion date. If you plan in advance and know that you need your project before the estimated delivery given on our site, you should consider upgrading your production time or shipping modes.
